I gave this one a miss this year nowing Gazza had won the South east championship and had that one in the bag i was more concerned with the NKTC round and just having brought new camera gear was more interested in taking photo`s for testing purposes. Also my mission was to make sure i put that big gay Jessie Cliff(G.L)off dont know what for he does a pretty good job of that him self and not liking owls bit of ground i was quite happy just walking round and watching riders fall on there arse`s instead of it being me..

I bumped into the main man Brian on section two who had been out the day before and layed all the sections out in a very Similar style to the last trial run at Penshurst,im afraid I think they are running out of routes for this piece of land which isn't surprising as they have used it for as long as I can remember the first time me riding there was back in the mid eighties.God im showing my age now..Whenever I see Brian hes always got a video camera with him,and he was eagerly awaiting the first riders through the first group of sections which were fairly straight forward , I though Bri might have taken a few tips from last weeks S/boy championships and thrown in some 6ft boulders just for a laugh or we could have pushed cliffs car into a section and had everyone riding over that! The sections looked to easy to me apart from the muddy boggy ones, after a few riders had been through it had made them far more interesting to watch.otherwise I was bored.YAWN.This land has had its day call the diggers in or even Reg from the sidcup he likes digging up things with his JCB and causing destruction……somebody do something!!!

Gary was having a right nightmare of a ride and fived the second section on lap one it couldn't have been any easier if I had tarmaced the way, then he ripped his tyre off the rim in one of the bog holes and had to stick a tube in it to get him going again, basically he was having a right crap day bless him.Cliff was riding quite well what I see of him and so was Jamie Webster after his Dad let some air out of his rock hard tyre, its good to see they got the clipic back together after Jamies crash test at last weeks Kent Youth where Jamie had a little accident on one of the sections and broke a few parts. The only two Experts I saw all day were Eddie Roberts & Kevin Morphett who both are Brilliant riders making some of the mud holes look so easy.IT was easy to find them both all you had to do was hear for the bike revving its nuts off typical Roberts & Morphett style,i also noticed that Kevin was now on a Gas Gas should be interesting to see how long the bike holds up in the hands of Mr M.

Was good to see the foursrokes Stan the man,Bernard and Andy Healey and the rest of the bunch were all there, brought me back to the days when i was riding my 500 triumph and enjoying some good competion against Andy on his Tri-Greeves.Alas those days have gone all the good fourstroke Trials have almost deminished along with the riders but we wont go into why it has all been Ruined!!!!Lets not go there!

Double five NKTC next week which i am just behind on points to Gazza we are both going to be slogging it out for the title so can someone come along and break both Garys legs so i can win it..... see you all there.....
